Division Manager
Matthew oversees day-to-day operations across all Mitch’s TX BBQ locations. From supporting store teams to maintaining the quality and consistency guests expect, he works closely with each location to make sure every pit, plate, and guest experience reflects the Mitch’s standard.
Heather Malena
District Manager
Heather leads with focus and efficiency, ensuring operations run smoothly across her district. In addition to overseeing day-to-day performance, Heather plays a key role in managing catering events and coordinating the food trailer, consistently delivering high-quality service.
